This passed Sunday my Mom and my MOH and bff Tia went down to David's bridal to try on wedding dresses. I had so much fun! The consultant i got to work with was amazing, her name was Amy and i love her! We got Tia into some dresses and my mom even tried a few on...Mother of the bride dresses that is! I wish i could share with you all whether or not i purchased a dress, but i know that a certian someone likes to frequent this blog, so it shall remain unknown!
Initally i wanted an olive green as our wedding color but Tia tried on a purple dress and it revamped my love of purple and the elegance it brings to a wedding! Ah. Well at least i have 11 months to figure this out right??!!
I still haven't asked all of my bridal party to be part of my day, i really need to get on that and ASAP!
The venue is booked and started to be paid for which is really reassuring. Now its time to book the officiant and DJ for the parrrrttttttaaaay. I really want kareoke at the wedding so i'm trying very badly to find someone who offers these services!
On the Jacob note, he's running now. This kid went from barely walking last week to running around the house and causing a rucus! It's crazy, but man its so cute! It still creeps me out that all of the sudden he's walking, i look over and think "um what are you doing!?"
Tonight we went for a walk around our neighborhood to look at all of the halloween displays. I live in a "desperate housewives" type of place so many places are done up to the nine's and look awesome! I"ll have to take some pics next time and post them! I taught Jacob how to say "boo!" today, although it sounds more like "ba" haha.
This week i have a third day off as i wasn't able to take my stat last week...im so lookiing forward to having Thursday off and spending it with my boy! My friend is very pregnant right now and im hoping to get together with her and her little guy so i can see her before her world gets tossed around! I couldn't imagine having another baby right this moment...Next year, yes. Now, heck no!
