My big boy has 8 teeth now, they just keep popping up left right and centre! Brushing Jacob's teeth has now become a royal pain every morning, but im making sure I stick to it as i'm so afraid of his teeth rotting! For a while there he was really good with me using a regular tooth brush, but ever since tooth #6 came in, he's been biting the tooth brush, so i had to bring back out the baby finger tooth brush. Now he tries to bite my finger, what a stinker.
No walking yet for this guy, just a whole lot of furniture cruising. I really don't think he'll be walking for at least another 2-3 months yet! He's great if you walk holding both his hands, but try to let go of one, and down he goes and scoots off like a busy bee!
Our daycare lady has taken off the next 2 weeks so Tyler is home with Jacob all next week. Im not sure what those two boys are going to get up to, but im sure they'll be doing a healthy amount of Wiggle watching and book reading! I wish i had vacation...but nope, 10 more months to go!
Work has been pretty busy this past week, and our big SAS is coming to an end (thank god) and it's back to regular priced business now. Next week the VP is coming to my store (eek!) so we are feverishly trying to get ready and ensure we're looking good for his visit. On top of that i have a new store manager doing training at my store and i'm doing her first 2 days of onboarding with her. Talk about pressure! Ive been putting in a fair amount of overtime lately and have only really been having one day off a week...it's definitely starting to catch up to me 'cause i'm bagged. But how can you not light up when you see this face?! Love ya bubba!
