Sechelt , sechelt by the sea shore!

We had such a fantastic time this weekend, and it was so nice to get away and not have phone service for a bit!
Jacob was so amazing and well behaved the whole time we were there, and everyone wanted to hold him! I can't tell you all how many times i heard "he really should be a baby model, he's so perfect!" Needless to say, i'm one proud Mama!
Jacob looked so adorable in his sweater vest and loafers...here's a few pics from the wedding!

All during the wedding reception Jacob was a doll! He was so well behaved and QUIET! After the wedding we had some time to kill before the reception to we went back to the room and fed Jacob dinner and had a little relax time. Then it came time to eat for the adults! The reception was awesome, the bride and groom looked amazing and the food was fantastic! I had a goat cheese stuffed chicken with mushrooms (obv's i took off the mushroom!) and some fresh steamed veggies with roasted potatoes. To keep Jacob occupied we gave him a bun...and he ate the WHOLE THING. What a guy! 
We did a little bit of dancing, and the other wedding go-ers got their chance to hold Jacob, and he did amazing. He didn't even know these people and he sat with them while his Mom and Dad busted a move on the dance floor! I called it a night with him around 1030 and Tyler followed shortly after!
We got up nice and early and went for breakfast on the waterfront and headed out for the 10am ferry to beat the traffic. I wish i would have taken some pictures of the scenery, it really was beautiful! Here's the website:Rock Water Secret Cove Resort

Today Jacob and Ty had a boys day and Ty made a huge batch of chilli...lets just say that that's what Jacob had for dinner and wow, is he ever his father's son! Gas galore! Poor guy! 

Tomorrow i'm meeting with a financial advisor i met through work and we're going to look at my RESP plan i have set up for Jacob and see if there is a better option out there for us for investing.  I'm also gonna hit up the gym and maybe sneak a tan in there too! If the weather's nice I would love to head out to White Rock with Jacob for a little stroll...but maybe we'll just go out and start shopping for goody bag gifts! WHOO!
