Survival of the fittest!

Although my posts have been lacking, have no fear, we survived the week without Daddy! Thanks to the support of my mom, the week went pretty smoothly and Jacob was well behaved the whole time!

                     This was my Mother's day gift from Jacob! A foot and handprint to remember always!

Today I had the day off, but still took Jacob to daycare so I could get some errands done around the house! In 5 hours i completed so many things that would have taken me days with Jacob in tow!

Jacob needs a hair cut so bad right now but i'm post poning the cut until after his first birthday photo's...i want all the "baby-ness" i can get in his photo's! Im getting super excited for the party...ive started looking for loot bag gifts, but am coming to road blocks in the originality department...

We're looking forward to this weekend as we're going to Honeymoon bay (no, we're not getting married...and don't even get me started!) for a friend of Tyler's wedding. We have an ocean view room...so i hope that means more than a sliver view of the ocean! I"ll definitely post pics after the weekend!
