We have a tooth!

So I decided to stick my in Jacob's mouth yesterday, and low and behold we have a first tooth!!! I tried to take a picture of it, and this is how it turned out..

 Here he's thinking, "oh boy, what are you going to do to me Mama..."

To..."There's no way i'm letting you get a picture of my mouth!"

To, "did you just really attemp that?"


And yes I did! While i was trying to put my finger in his mouth to get him to open it for me to take a picture, he BIT me! This thing is sharp! And not like most babies, he's got his top tooth first! Not the front teeth, but the tooth right beside the front tooth on the right. It's come down quite a bit more today than it was yesterday, so i bet in a week I'll be able to get a much clearer picture! Whoo teeth!


Jacob loved his first swimming lesson on Saturday and I'm really glad we've decided to do them! We practiced kicking, floating on our backs and tummies, and he even got dunked! I didn't have the guts to do it first, so I made the intstructor do it, and he survived!

Here we were practicing making some big kicks! And he even got a chance to float on a floaty thing, he did quite well!

What a big boy, before I know, he'll be doing swim lessons and i'll be on the side of the pool watching! :( 
Today we went shopping, and he was such a good boy! I really cherish moments like these, as before, we couldn't go out for more than 20 minutes without the little bear crying for some reason. We went a whole hour and a half today, and he didn't even make a peep! Just sat there like a good little boy and smiled :) We came home in time to see the Canucks start to lose their game, but my boy  still had team spirit!

And of course it's personalized, just like a real player!


Hehe well I think that's about enough pictures for today! We had another good sleep through night last night, so i'm happy...but he did decide to get up at 6:15am for the day...that was not cool! Thankfully Daddy took him downstairs so Mom could get another couple of hours of sleep!
Tomorrow I'm going shopping  by myself, it's going to be a real treat!!! I am in desperate need of some non maternity tops, and some shirts that aren't my old skinny size...'cause i ain't fittin' into those ...YET! :) I will make it though, i am determined!
