10 months old!

A 'lil family shot on the big 10 month day! And yes, i'm getting my hair pulled!

Happy 10 months Jacob! The last 5 months have really flown by with you! You are such a happy, special and joyful little guy to be around, and I cherish every day i get to spend with you. I actually look forward to you waking me up every morning so I can tip toe into your room and take a sneak peek from the door to see what you're doing in your crib! You've taken a liking to biting the rails of your crib, and you like to sit at the end and try and grab your stuffed animals that sit on the outside...and you usually end of with one of their hats in your crib somehow!

You are a beautiful sleeper, so precious and peacefull :)

You took your first crawling steps this month, and this past week you have really figured out that you can get places on your own! Good thing we got those baby gates, now we just gotta get them wall mounted! (Eek!) At first, it seemed like you were afraid of the carpet as you'd crawl to it, push yourself to sit on your bum and then just touch and feel it with your hands, but today i saw you just rip it across the room to see your Dad, so the facination must be gone!

You've got 4 teeth now, your two bottom front teeth and your two top incisor teeth, and I can't see any others pushing their way down...yet!

You really made leaps and bounds with your growth in the past month or so! You wear 9-12 onesies, and 12 month pants. The 6-9 month onsies i try to fit you in on some days give you wedgies! I promise I'll put them away soon!

You still don't say any words yet, but you can definitely communicate when you're happy and when you're not! Your little laugh melts my heart every time you giggle. You love to screech real loud, and you babble at your toys when no one's looking. At bed time, watch out! When that bottle is coming your way, it's like the world is ending and you have no patience...give me that bottle!!!

You are becoming more interested with feeding yourself, and are becoming quite the messy eater :)

                                        Enjoying a banana

                                  Eating some fusili with yam!

We have one month minus a day left together, just me and you during the days, and i plan on making the most of every minute! There is always enough time for kisses and snuggles and i think the next little bit we will find ourselves hangin' out in our pj's at home a litle bit more! I hate to say it, but you're starting to grow up a little too fast! How 'bout you slow down and we can stay right where we are for a little bit more? Okay? Okay thanks bubba :)

I love you!

Love Mommy
