Yuck. I still can't believe he ate this concoction I came up with! Tonight on Jacob's dinner menu was "ice cube surprise"! So i heated up 1 part chicken, 2 parts butternut squash, 2 parts green beans and 1 part yam...and he gobbled it up! It looked disgusting!! For desert, he at 3/4 of that banana. What a little piggy!
Yesterday we ended up driving down to the states for lunch and got a wicked deal on gas while we were there! Only $49 to fill the truck empty to full! I'll take 3.59 a gallon over $1.33 a L any day. We ate at the Olive Garden for lunch, and the breadsticks did not disappoint!
Today we left bright and early for my specialist appointment and all went well. Im back up on a higher dose of my meds now after being lowered about 5 weeks ago as im slipping back into the sluggish state of an ill thyroid! So, back to the pharmacy to get another stock pile of pills. If anyone needs synthroid, let me know, i got lotsa different doses lol.
This is Jacob with the flower plant Tyler bought me. Ty said he bought it 'cause it had 3 pretty stems just like our family....awwwww. Im still trying to figure out what he's sucking up for :) But a nice surprise for sure!!
These are some pictures of Jacob's standing adventures! He gets daring at times and only hangs on with one hand and tries to pick out more toys outta his toy box. But then dad throws him in the toy box himself....
Looks real happy don't he?
Tomorrow one of my goals is to get a picture of Jacob's new tooth for ya'll. But we all know how well the last time went so no promises!
It's Tyler's birthday next week, so im taking him out this Saturday night to celebrate! I think it's the 2nd time we've been out together and had someone else watch Jacob and put him to bed since he was born...I can't wait!
Tonight, me and bubba talked about what he was going to dream about, and he decided that it would be teddy bears and picnics! What do you think?
~~~~~~~~Sweet dreams to my little guy!~~~~~~~~
