So, I wake up today in hopes of a better day. I think Jacob is teething as he rarely stopped crying yesterday and being very whiney despite my best efforts. We did end up taking our walk yesterday, as I had to get out of the house and away from these walls that bounced back the sound of his shrill scream. I won a coffee: things were looking up! Then, when we got home it was like Jacob had stored all his energy up from his walk and let me have it. Thank god 5:20pm finally came, and Tyler walked through the door and took him.But it wasn't long before Tyler got to experience first hand what i called and let him listen to on the phone.
I rarely use drugs with Jacob, ive given him advil once and Tylenol 3 or 4 times (when he was circ'd and once when he had a little fever) but i was definitely NOT hesitant to pull out the Advil last night. We got him a bottle, gave him a dropper with Advil and this kid was out like a light before 7 pm. I think it helped that he didn't nap yesterday either.
I put my fingers in his mouth and i don't feel any new teeth yet, but it's the only thing i can think of for why he was so cranky! I sincerely hope they don't send kids home from daycare because of teething crankiness or Tyler and I are hooped! Maybe she can just take him out and walk him all day as that's the one thing that makes him happy! Poor guy.
Well, fingers crossed!
Now im gonna order the new sunhood for the stroller! Woop woop!
