Transition day 2!

Jacob did awesome again at daycare yesterday! I only stayed with him for about an hour, and then i scattered out and hit up the gym, went tanning, went grocery shopping and then relaxed at home sans baby! He went down for his nap with just a little bit of fussing, but slept for 2 hours! When he woke up he was happy as a clam and he had his bottle and lunch. When i showed up to pick him up he was just finishing his lunch and he looked over, gave me a little smile, but then it was back to business: lunch! 

I'm so glad he's doing well with Michelle! We've got a 4 day break now because of the holiday, and tuesday is going to be his first full day. I start my new job on tuesday, but Tyler is off because of the statutory holidays, so if for some reason he goes weird during the day, Tyler's able to go and aide to him! We're both going to take him in the morning on Tuesday and drop him off, and then i'm off to work for the day! Work. Wow! I can't believe it. I don't think it's really sunk in quite yet, but i'm sure at 10am it will when i'm learning how to clock in the new computers and get paid! Yes to getting paid!

It's going to be interesting getting used to the new routine with working and all. It's kind of nice that Jacob and i get to have our regular morning routine with one another and we don't have to wake up at 6am or anything crazy. I wont see him much at night time, as he'll go to bed about 30 minutes after i get home from work most days! At least i can get the snuggle bottle in before bed :) It'll be a change for Tyler now too...roles will change! He'll be picking up Jacob, feeding him dinner, and making us dinner! I'll definitely keep you all posted as to how many boxes of KD are made! hahaha.

I took Jacob to meet the Easter bunny yesterday and it was so cute! He was all smiles! I'll try to post a picture later. Happy Easter!
